What’s the ritual you never skip before going on stage?

We always form a little circle with the band. It’s our way of reminding ourselves that, whatever happens out there, we’re together—and that the most important thing is to enjoy it.

What’s your most recent guilty pleasure?

I’ve been pretty hooked on Love Island lately. I’m not quite sure how it happened, but I’m completely invested in the drama now.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

“Free” by Florence + the Machine. It’s a song I never get tired of, and it always makes me feel exactly that: free.

What’s the first concert you remember?

The Strokes. I remember leaving completely fascinated. I think that concert really shaped the way I understand live music and made me want to be on the other side of the stage someday.

What would a perfect day look like for you?

Waking up without an alarm, having a relaxed breakfast, walking through the city streets while listening to music, having lunch with my friends, and then spending a quiet evening on my sofa—playing guitar for a while or watching a film.
